The title is a bit misleading, hence 4 stars. There is a very good introduction explaining the benefits of yoga post partum, but the poses are not specifically targeted for that purpose. They are, however, well described even if you never did yoga before - of course, the pictures help. If you did yoga before, you will recognise most of them and have a quick reminder to do your own session at home - which was exactly what I was looking for.
Another good point is that there are no "fillers" , which I appreciated. It's very much to the point.

Finally... you know how it is is with for instance traveling guides or any reference book on Kindle, it's not that easy to go back and forth and find back a page as you would with a physical book, flipping the pages. Here, the "Go to..." tool is really detailed, meaning you can easily find a specific pose without having to browse the book. That was a big plus!
